2012/2013 Parent Input Form |
We believe that parent feedback is vital when looking at student placement for next year. Your input is optional; however, it is your opportunity to provide additional information to help us meet the needs of your child as we try to create balanced classes. Please click on the link below to download a Parent Input Form. These forms will be due to the office no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18. |

Student Transfers for 2012-13 School Year |
Voluntary student transfers will be permitted to other elementary campuses within the district on a space and staffing available basis. Children who currently attend the campus as a fourth grader, either as a zoned student or as a transfer student, will be permitted to attend the current campus as a transfer in the next school year, and siblings will be permitted to transfer in on a space and staff available basis. |

Students Moving Over The Summer! |
Please notify the Deer Creek Office if your family will be moving this summer and your child will not attend Deer Creek next year. The Deer Creek Office will be open Monday through Thursday from June 4 through June 14 and July 23 through August 9. Our regular office hours will begin August 13. |
